Delivery is made via Colissimo 48H within 2 working days with ad valorem insurance. Delivered against signature for safe shipment.
EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
I accept order cancellations without worries. Please contact me by email within 24 hours of this so that I can proceed with the cancellation and refund. After this time, the order cannot be canceled since it will already be in the process of being sent or created.
An exchange or refund of jewelry is possible up to 14 days after receipt.
They must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized orders are neither exchangeable nor refundable in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

All creations are made by hand in accordance of jewelery's traditions.
They are also guaranteed free of nickel, cadmium and lead.
I develop many alternatives to find the healthiest way to work my creations.
My packagings are cardboard, painted with watercolor by myself.
The creations are accompanied by traditional Japanese organic incense made the old-fashioned way from the synergy of plant paste.
